Welcome our interactive performance portal!!!
This website displays our latest performance information, and outlines how our measures contribute to our Corporate Plan 2016-20. This site has been specifically designed to show our up to date performance data in a 'point & click' user friendly way. Within each of the themes listed below, this will contain performance symbols with drill down charts, demonstrating our progression to date.
We hope that information is easily accessible and easy on the eye to establish what current performance picture looks like. Data is automatically updated overnight (using our performance management system called InPhase) with the latest service delivery statistics. Transparency is important to us at Fylde. This portal is useful for freedom of information requests, yet more importantly our residents, Councillors and staff to see how we are performing against our Council's five main priority (listed below).
Any questions about this dedicated performance portal, please contact our Performance Improvement Manager called Alex Scrivens, email@example.com. Alternatively click on The Corporate Plan 2016-2020 to view or download our high level page containing full details of our latest Corporate Plan.
What is a Council Corporate Plan?
The Corporate Plan is an important document for every local authority. The plan outlines the key actions that the Council is trying to achieve with the key priorities necessary to achieve them. The corporate plan has been established after extensive consultation and feedback from customers over a long period of time. Each year further information is gathered through consultation and contact information that is used to review and update the plan to ensure that every action contributes towards achieving the corporate priorities.
The plan makes it clear what the council will do over the next years to improve the local community in line with what the local community wants. The quality of life for everyone in the borough must continue to improve in order for Fylde to remain one of the best areas in the country to live, work and play.
